WOW! WOW! WOW! I can not express how incredibly floored I am at incredibly "SMOOTH' process I had with Carvanna. I saw the. Carvanna commercial of dude in kimmona and how dude said... ".it didn't sux" and can I tell you...."IT DOESN'T SUX AND I LOVE IT"!!! I went on tbe Carvanna site Christmas day to try to buy my dream 2014 light blue 2014 mini clubman car, well I could not believe how incredibly smooth and easy it was to .buy my lil dream car! Customer service rocked! When my car was delivered to my home, it was crazy cool! ,Patrick, the Carvanna representative, delivered my car took extra time to ensure that I was happy with my car and took extra time to explain and review the details of my contract abd synch my bluetooth with my phone.carvanna.is superior on customer service and flawless with the process of buying a car. I still can not believe how painless and stressfree it was.to buy a car from Carvanna! This is the way buying a car should be! " It didn't sux" and I will buy again!

Soooo easy! The car was in great condition -- probably even better than described online. Everyone I talked to -- both on the phone and in person during pickup -- were extremely friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with the whole process.

Thanks to Caravan I was able to purchase a great car at a reasonable price and with not so good credit. Caravan did not make me feel like I was never going to be able to own a car again like many dealerships I went to! Thank you so much!!!

So happy with my purchase.. got a Mini Cooper clubman S 2014 5500 miles! When the car arrived (early by the way)it looked exactly like the pictures no surprises, the whole process took less than an hour when I totaled all the time (2 days) I've had the car for 8 days now it drives like it just came off the lot. Would diffently buy another car from Carvana

I had to call in many many times to ensure the process was flowing as it should. Paperwork was incorrect often. Price on trade changed after it expired (every 7 days) cost me another 300.00. When I took delivery I found a nail I a tire the next morning. Carvana made me feel like it wasn't there when it was being cleaned. Ok so I guess I drove the car 4 miles and picked up the nail. No likely. In speaking with the delivery rep he said they might be able to reimburse me for plugging the tire. Great I went to tire kingdom they wouldn't plus it as the nail was too close to the tire wall. New tire 192.16. Many calls to carvana and texts to local delivery rep no reply. Nice service carvana..

Carvana has been wonderful. It was super easy and quick, and despite a few glitches, Carvana has been quick and eager to help.

I have made vehicle purchases over the span of 40 years for myself, my kids, and my businesses, so I've made about 90 new & used vehicle transactions. After this purchase, I absolutely cannot ever anticipate using anyone other than Carvana for future purchases. This was astonishingly efficient! I did my purchase & trade in paperwork online, which was extremely simple. Booked my appointment time, 11:30am, showed up with insurance listing the new vehicle, test drove the vehicle, signed paperwork, and was back on the road by noon!!!!! Yes, I did a vehicle trade in and purchase, and was only at dealership for 30 minutes!!! They've called a couple times since the purchase to make sure the transaction went well, how could they improve, and reminding me the 7 day return time was nearing. In the past, when purchasing vehicles, people would ask, did you get a good deal? And I would say, are you kidding, they either stick it to you on your trade in or the new purchase! But after 40 years, I can sincerely say, I got top dollar on my trade in, and a great price on my purchase! Thank you Carvana for your implementing this revolutionary vision!!!! And thanks to my representative, Drew, for fitting perfectly into this entire process.

This is the coolest company. I found my car online, and literally bought it off my ipad one evening. Signed all the paperwork right on my couch, including financing. Got email updates on my scheduled delivery (in 2 days). Car shows up and it's in even better condition that I expected. Delivery driver was awesome. Had gas in it and they even gave me a gift card to buy more. I will NEVER buy a car from anyone else again. This was the easiest, best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. Plus, they take the risk out of it. If you don't like the car when it shows up, then they just take it back right then. If you don't like it anytime within 7 days during the test drive - they take it back no questions asked. How amazing is that? No more sitting at a dealership while the bozo salesman goes back and forth to try and negotiate with his sales manager. No more 2 hours sitting in his or the finance managers office again. Thank goodness somebody figured out a better way to sell cars. And this is it!

I bought my car one week ago and it was the easiest experience ever. No sales pushes, no wheeling and dealing. I was treated respectfully and I got a great deal. I recommend Caravana for sure. My only negative experience was I wasn't told my car has a gas saving feature, so several days later, my car turned off over and over again which resulted in it being towed and me incurring Uber charges only to learn that my car was fine. This detail is important and I wasn't told about it.
