We bought a car last week from Carvana,and can't say enough good things about the process. They had a great inventory of the best SUVs on the market. We found their prices to be lower than their competitors. The delivery went perfectly. The rep from Carvana was professional, knowledgeable and so awesome!!!!! We will absolutely be repeat customers!!!!!!

Purchase and paper work is very smooth. We happened to be out of the 100 mile radius so made arrangements to meet in the middle. Slight snag when they called 1:15 before meeting time and told us they would be 4 hours late because the car had a dead battery that need replacement. They did replace battery and the rest of the exchange was very smooth. Delivery advocate was very pleasant. We do love the car and it was as described on the web site.

Didn't know what I was in for as never having purchased on line. Found the experience to be very interesting. Everyone's on the same page. Once you have an account it seems that it doesn't matter who you talk to everyone knows their job. Very, that is very well trained...

Bought a car but it was delayed 2 weeks for delivery for some reason which really wasn't explained to me. The website didn't show dings in the car till after I purchased it.The process was easy and delivery was good. Within 200 miles the check oil light came on, guess I need to do that now. Cars aren't detailed at delivery so I had to get that done too. Delivery guy was funny and cool, made that part fun.
