My overall experience was good and I would consider using them in the future. The website is outstanding. The financing was very easy and I love how once you've been approved, the website shows your individual finance terms for each vehicle. I also loved the delivery and the 7 day return policy. I had to return my first vehicle and they took it back without any hesitation or push back. A few things they can improve on: My first car delivery had to be delayed because of a winter storm. They let me know about the delay, but I never got a call about the reschedule. I had to call several times to get a reschedule date set. They kept telling me someone would call by the end of the day and no one ever did. Also, when my second car was delivered, there was another delay to the need to replace my windshield. It took several calls (again, no callbacks) to get my new delivery date. Also, I was supposed to be refunded $1900 for the difference between the down payment paid for the first vehicle and the second vehicle and it never came. I called a week later and they had forgotten to issue it. Like I said, I mostly enjoyed the experience and I love my car, but they have some communication and follow through issues they need to fix to truly make it an excellent experience/
