Used Land Rover Range Rover Evoque

I purchased a Range Rover delivery was delayed three times one time transport truck broke down another was the delivery truck was involved in a crash. Car didn't have some options and had lots of scratches at round the car that was not disclosed. I notified staff very responsive to complaints they are currently trying to make it right.

I bought a 2013, Land Rover Range Rover Evoque through Carvana and was astounded at how truly simple and fast the entire process was.

I have purchased many cars but never have I been more satisfied with the process than I have been with Carvana. Carvana combines the ease of internet shopping with an effortless financing, purchasing, and delivery system; the result is almost magic!

I purchased my car last week in 15 minutes on the website, and it was delivered to my doorstep in excelent condition. After years of dealing with pushy car dealerships, this was a fantastic experience. I am already planning my next purchase...

I found the car i wanted at 9:30pm by 8:00am the next morning all paperwork was complete. My car arrived 5 days later, and I love it. I took it to the shop to have it checked out, and it is in perfect condition. What a great car buying experience.

My overall experience was good and I would consider using them in the future. The website is outstanding. The financing was very easy and I love how once you've been approved, the website shows your individual finance terms for each vehicle. I also loved the delivery and the 7 day return policy. I had to return my first vehicle and they took it back without any hesitation or push back. A few things they can improve on: My first car delivery had to be delayed because of a winter storm. They let me know about the delay, but I never got a call about the reschedule. I had to call several times to get a reschedule date set. They kept telling me someone would call by the end of the day and no one ever did. Also, when my second car was delivered, there was another delay to the need to replace my windshield. It took several calls (again, no callbacks) to get my new delivery date. Also, I was supposed to be refunded $1900 for the difference between the down payment paid for the first vehicle and the second vehicle and it never came. I called a week later and they had forgotten to issue it. Like I said, I mostly enjoyed the experience and I love my car, but they have some communication and follow through issues they need to fix to truly make it an excellent experience/

I am so happy with my vehicle and the experience of buying my Range Rover from Carvana! I will NEVER step foot in a dealership again unless it's the service department. Thanks Carvana!!

As with most people I find it therapeutic to write a review when I am displeased with something more than when I had a great experience... But I am nothing but satisfied and pleased with the car buying experience through Carvans! From being able to shop for a car in the middle of the night with NO pressure. Completing the forms, doing the necessary verifications were very easy and the customer service was impeccable. The car was delivered on time by the nicest young lady, she explained everything to me and DONE! All done in less than 15 minutes... I will never go to another dealer again and will steer everyone I know away from the "traditional" car dealers and buy with Carvana! Congratulations Carvana you have managed to please someone who is typically hard to please!
