Full disclosure: I am a Carvana employee. But I believe in the company so much that when I wanted to look for a new Jeep Wrangler for myself, I knew I had to get it from Carvana. The entire process was so seamless, even as an employee I couldn't believe how easy it was. The only hiccup I had along the way was when I originally tried to work with my personal bank to finance, they gave me a hard time for working with Carvana. When I switched over to Carvana's financing it was easy as pie. If you factor out that headache, the total time I spent on my purchase was no more than thirty minutes. When my Jeep arrived, it was in absolutely pristine condition. The one imperfection listed on the vehicle page on the site was the only thing wrong with the car and I've already received so many compliments. The delivery process was super easy too! Carrie in Orlando was awesome and made sure to make it a special experience for my dream car. All in all, I know that if I have any issues, Carvana will have my back!

Just purchased my first vehicle with Carvana. The entire process, from picking out the car to picking up, took a grand total of 48 minutes. The prices are very competitive, and the entire process was a dream come true. Not sure I'll ever buy a car another way ever again...

I confess my skepticism when I learned of a "dealership" on the internet, but Carvana taught me that instincts and intellect are mutually exclusive human traits. Both Erica Lichtsinn and Nathan Kilduff not only answered all of my questions in a timely and congenial manner, but they made the web-based process, ironically, more personal than that of a physical dealership. At no point was I pressured or uneasy. I would - and likely WILL - reach out to Carvana the next time I'm in the market!

I am not a fan of car dealerships or Car Salesmen. I saw the Carvana TV add and thought I would just check it out. I found the car I was looking for and at a great price. The on-line buying process was simple direct and fast. I was able to file all the paperwork on line, set the delivery date. On delivery day the drive called to let me know the ETA and he was right on time. The car was clean and gassed up ready to go. Happy Customer.

I have to be honest ... I wasn't sure what to expect doing all of this online. I kept saying to myself, ok what's the catch???? This is to easy ! From start to finish everything was wonderful, was able to pick my vehicle online, no hassle, no rush, everything on my own schedule. I recommend Carvana to everyone !
