Everyone in customer service was fantastic and so helpful. I started out by reserving a Terrain and when it had arrived, the customer service representative informed me of a recall item that could not be repaired at this time. Then I reserved another Terrain that I didn't think would be available to meet my timely needs. I found a newer model with less miles and only $250 more. I purchased so easily and had it delivered to Dallas for free where I flew out and picked it up and drove it back to Albuquerque. Taking possession was a breeze and Rob was a great guy and helped my pair my phone to Bluetooth before he left. The process was simple as if I was ordering my favorite pair of shoes. I will never go into a dealership again. I purchased a 2015 Chrysler 300. My vehicle was not in Atlanta it had to come from Dallas. When I arrived it was under that fantastic blue light waiting for me. After I signed some paperwork ..like 2 pages lol I was done. - Phil F.MAY 23, 20162013 Honda AccordDallas, TXThis is the fifth Honda Accord I've purchased but the first thru Carvana. Carvana customer service was very good. I was able to call and get answers/help as often as I needed. Everyone I spoke with during the process seemed to be "up to date" with my purchase. I like being treated like a "good customer" and the tone/attitude of everyone I spoke with was nice and very positive. My vehicle delivery was a little complicated (dallas airport) but you actually showed up early and everything was in order. The car itself was not as detailed as I had hoped: The exterior was good: clean and polished....tires could have been treated but that's not a big deal: when you stated in your literature that you spend $1000 "refreshing" the cars I expected a professional detail. The interior should have been cleaner: there were obvious residues (?) on the rear seats and debris "specks" that a good detailer would not have missed with thorough vacuuming. The drivers seat (which you would expect any detailer to focus on) had old dirt/debris imbedded into the seat crevices: that's an obvious "miss" which indicates that any cleaning was superficial at best. The carpets were "ok" but not great. Suggestion: spend the $120 and put in new car mats: because the first thing you notice about floor mats are stains/wear and it makes the car look worn: there was even an "extra" used floor mat included in the trunk for some reason. My belief is that because the car has such low miles someone figured the detail was unnecessary or it was a "wipe and go" similar to an inexpensive car wash service: NOT a professional interior detail. The car positive battery terminal was obviously oxidized/corroded: an easy "fix" with red battery "goop" etc...more indication of someone assuming the car was fine. I'm not unhappy with the car at all...in fact I'm already considering replacing my wife's Honda CRV with a Carvana vehicle, but good cleaning/detail makes a huge difference in a cars appearance. - William D R.NOV 23, 20162013 Honda CivicIrving, TXI didn't have much luck with local dealers, so I opted to order my car online (despite the nearest Carvana location being 800 miles away). I paid for my own plane ticket since Dallas doesn't qualify for the $200 airfare credit, and picked up my new Honda Civic in a shopping center near the airport. Unfortunately, the shopping center that was suggested was near Dallas' other airport (flew into Love Field, the location was near DFW), so there was a bit of an Uber ride ($20), but we got there a few minutes early none-the-less, and the delivery guys were great. It was all done in 20 minutes, and I was on the way back home. What wasn't done in 20 minutes (my only real complaint), was the purchase process. Although marketed as something that can be completed in under 15 minutes, a technical glitch (upgrade) kept their system from being able to process my order for approximately three days. In that time, I kept browsing inventory and was torn on which vehicle to choose. Ultimately, I went with my original choice, but that delay was an issue for me (and from what I understand, many others if not all). I will give credit to the helpful and friendly representatives at their call center, though. That aside, it was still somewhat fun to have ordered my car online. I still could not believe myself that i have bought a car whole lot online. I was running around used cars for more than a month and later while searching everywhere, it took me to carvana. They are showing every dot/scratch/dent with a 360 degree , zoom in view. You will just feel like a way that you are in person with the car. And i know for sure Car buying decision for middle class family is so big , just like me , i think there are so many will be afraid of buying a car online. To those i assure, you will have a wonderful experience with an extra ordinary offer like "7 days no question asked , money back guarantee with 90 days bumper to bumper warranty". These are the 2 features made to to try carvana and i am 100% convinced with the way they deliver the car. The person who delivered me was really nice and a real professional guy. Just within minutes, i was done with all the formalities. Exactly on the 7th day , i got a call from them inquiring about the car. I should say, these carvana guys made a big revolution in used car marketing. Only draw back i had with carvana is that they dont accept credit cards but that is okay and i could manage somehow without credit card. Also i had another god saving DCU bank , excellent bank to offer me 1.5% loan. So everything was just so easy for me. There is another surprising factor which i could never even think of , DCU sent the loan amount cheque only after a month i started driving, and this i got to know with a call i received after a month from carvana that they have not received the cheque. It happens only with carvana without shedding even $1, they have already registered the car on my name. Car got registered on my name without a single dollar advance on December 15th but i think DCU sent the loan amount cheque to carvana only on first week of january. I have started driving the car since December 3rd. Again i say " these guys are awesome" car is going really nice. I had been to smokeys and my brother family on a separated trip been to smokeys with my car. And now i am going to drive Dallas Texas to my brothers place to enjoy this car. - Cary S.DEC 2, 20152013 Hyundai Veloster TurboMarietta, GAI purchased a 2013 Veloster twin turbo. It was delivered to my work. There were a few issues I didn't expect. My Carvana advocates immediately communicated back with me after I made inquiries of issues. All issues were corrected by Meineke in Marietta for less than $400. Of that $400 I paid for ZERO $ of that since I was under my 7 days of test buy and no co-pay for warranty use. The Meineke on Dallas Hwy that fixed my car even gave Carvana a discounted labor rate. Now that's freaking awesome. Carvana graciously pays with no questions for my repairs AND Meineke gave them a discount because they think Carvana is cutting edge and a start-up to help support in the community!!! This entire experience was so well handled that I will NEVER buy a car at a Stealership.... I mean Dealership again. Btw I got wonderful finance terms that beat the dealers interest rate. If you are on hold, just be patient and wait. It's well worth the wait and the demand makes hold time a little long sometimes. My little brother is now buying a car from Carvana now. We are 100% satisfied and surprised at how positive and helpful Carvana has been. Car is amazing and affordable to boot. Well done Carvana, because I was testy over the phone and email. You guys calmed me, assured me and acted to resolve my issues. Handled and happy customer for life. When it's time for another car I will be buying from Carvana. If you guys keep doing business like you did with me we are going to see a lot of dealers close up shop. Bonus is I found an awesome shop to maintain my new Veloster. I tried them up too. I asked them to do a power steering flush on the car. They informed me no, because it's an electric power steering vehicle that cannot be flushed. Wow 2 honest companies found because of one transaction. I think I'll go play the lottery tomorrow. Carvana had the best price of anyone and even though I did not finance with them they were within 1/2 a percentage point of my credit union. The buying experience was phenomenal, from the first person I spoke with in Phoenix to the two young ladies who delivered my vehicle everyone was extremely upbeat and professional. After purchasing the vehicle there was a slight delay in delivery after the pre-delivery inspection in either Dallas or Atlanta found a rock chip in the windshield that was not noted in the online description.
