The process to buy the car was easy and convenient. I have an intermittent issue with a light on the dash that the mechanic has yet to be able to diagnose (from what I read maybe a bug with the make/model) but other than that pleased with my purchase.

I am so pleased with my car. It was the best decision i have made to purchase this car online. I had visited many dealers and the used cars they showed me were overpriced and had lots of dents and holes. They pressured me to buy a new car and that was not in my budget. The hassle made me think i would keep what i had. Heard about Carvana on tv and looked it up. I found the exact car i wanted and was a little nervouse about entering everything online so i called and spoke to Sean Corbett and he walked me through everything and assured me of satisfaction. This only tood twenty minutes, imagine that. I had spent hours at the dealers showroom. I made the leap and six days Later Eddy delivered my car to my house in the pouring rain. Eddy was very professional and kind. He would not even accept a tip. Both Sean and Eddy were great representatives of the company. There was only one thing not shown on the car, a small scratch. A man on a flying horse would not have noticed. What a great company. I love the guarantee of seven days.

The whole process was simple, easy, straightforward and fast. I really don't think I will ever buy a car from a dealership again! The price of the car was reasonable. The financing APR was less than the bank I have been with for 25 years. Everyone I talked to was very helpful and pleasant. No pressure or gimmicks! It was all so easy, to be honest, I was worried it was a scam...that the car wouldn't arrive as promised or not be as represented. But the delivery went without a hitch. The driver was super nice and let us have our time inspecting the car. The week long trial period was perfect - we had our mechanic go over the car and he found no issues. My mom is over the moon in love with her new car, and I am so happy I was able to help her. This whole experience was light years less stressful than my previous experiences in buying a car.

Customer service is 100% !!! Unsure if I really wanted to buy a car through the computer, I had all my questions answered promptly. My fears of doing such a serious transaction online were quickly dissolved.

3 weeks after driving my new car I find out that my car had been reported as stolen by carvana. Carvana never reported back to DMV that they found the car. So I have been driving for 3 weeks & if a cop had pulled me I would of been arrested. I love my car & it's in perfect condition, but there is no excuse for there mistake.
