I found my vehicle and had the financing squared away.. my payment arranged and was down to electronically signing all the documents when I changed my mind about the vehicle. I didnt need the AWD and found the exact 2014 Kia Sorento in FWD. Called customer service and they were more than happy to arrange the switch and I even got to keep my original delivery date. I would highly recommend Carvana to anyone trying to avoid the dealerships. I live in Metro Atlanta, very congested with traffic, visiting different dealerships would have taken days if not weeks. With Carvana it was so simple to shop around. Using my desktop I was able to actually open all doors and hatchback, zoom in and get a full look at every aspect of the vehichle. - Richard C.SEP 3, 20182017 Ford ExplorerMadeira Beach, FLI started at the local Ford dealers and found two Explorers but they were not exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for my 5th Explorer over the past 26 years. The sales rep (been there one month) said he would find me more and contact me....he sent me two more, both FWD not 4WD!! that's the last I have heard from him or the dealer. Checked Carvana and found the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase, called and spoke with Andrea....best ever!! Rest is, as they say "history". I had to call back three or four times, but everyone that answered my call knew exactly what was going on with my purchase. I had the care delivered to the Kiosk in Brandon Florida where Ivan was waiting for me. Big surprise when I opened the back hatch--the first time Andrea and I spoke, I was taking my German Wirehaired Pointer out for training, so Andrea had Ivan purchase a cooler, tumblers, frisbee, dog biscuits and dog treats for me and "Jennie". And, a big plus is the Explorer was $5,500 less than the original one I saw at the dealer--and it was not a "Limited" . - Vincent B.JUN 24, 20182017 Hyundai Santa Fe SportPhoenix, AZWe bought a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. Our initial Santa Fe Sport was great except of 2 things. One we noticed a repaired tear in the headliner and the vehicle was a FWD and not AWD. The first delivery person was awesome. Chad explained that we had 7 days to take it back and get our other car back or we could find something else and we could do a swap. Chad said take time to decide what to do. We had 7 days. After 2 days with the first Santa Fe Sport, we called Carvan and said we like the same vehicle with around the same miles. We found another 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport. The color was just a tint lighter in color and it was AWD. The 2 delivery personnel who came out were awesome as well. These 2 women were knowledgeable and professional. They let us drive the new vehicle before they left. I explained to the reasons on returning the first Santa Fe. They even wanted us to take time and go back and find a different Santa Fe or a different vehicle, to ensure we were happy. Think about this??? The delivery personnel even wanted us to be more relax in the process. Making sure we were not rushing. That is a great comforting way of buying. We paid about $800.00 dollars more, but it was included in the price. We did not need to worry of being gouged like a dealer was trying to with us before. We took ownership of a Silver 2017 Santa Fe Sport. It had only 41,000 miles. This is nothing with these Korean vehicles. In fact the Santa Fe Sport is considered to be score on safety 4.8 & 4.9 out of 5 stars. Our buying experience with everyone at Carvana was awesome. We explained why we needed a small but large enough SUV. One that was safe. They helped us find a safe and nice vehicle. People at Carvana are great. We did not get the same experienced at the dealer for the same kind of vehicle. We ask how much for our trade in. They said $500.00 less than Carvana. The interest rate was crazy. The cost would of been $4,000 dollars more. Now, we did go with Carvana's financing. However, we are redoing the financing this next month with our Military Credit Union. Our Credit Union could not get us in the car at Carvana, so Carvana was perfect. All the complaints on vehicles not being perfect. Well you are buying a pre-owned vehicle. It won't be cosmetically perfect, but very very close. We have a few small scratches we buffed out and now it is perfect. The vehicle was owned buy a rental company we found out. The inspection and mechanical history was great to see it was serviced regularly. Our Experienced was great. We would buy another one through Carvana next time. All these other places, even Carmax was not close to how our treatment and service with Carvana.Read More5.0 OUT OF 5

My concern is some of the features on the car that were listed under specs was not correct. It showed the car as a RWD but is a FWD. Also listed a CD player which was not on the car. The car was delivered with the tire sensor light on. The delivery techs said they checked the tire pressure which was correct. The light has not gone off so now it's my responsibility to get that fixed. I should not have to pay the $50 deductible for that, it should have been corrected before delivery. I called Carvana yesterday to speak with someone but got no answer on the phone. I do love the car and hope it lasts as long as my previous CRV.Read More4.7 OUT OF 5
- Frederic P.DEC 28, 20182017 Volkswagen TiguanWalnut Creek, CAI started the process to purchase my car on a Thursday evening, I changed my mind about the model the next Friday, I wanted an AWD not FWD, found a new car and could continue the process without any difficulty after a couple of text messages and 1 e-mail to Carvana. On Saturday the purchase was approved, credit setup and delivery confirmed. Ruben with Carvana showed up at 6pm, right on time the next Monday, he was very friendly and professional. I took my new car for a test drive while he was preparing the parperwork and loading my trade-in car to his truck. It was the easiest car purchase ever!
