As impressed as I am with my purchase, I'm even more so with my car buying experience. From the website ease to the phone reps (Susie & Jardin(??) ) to the professionalism of the delivery gentleman, Coleman, I'll never passionately loathe the car buying process again as long as you all are around.

I bought my 2015 Expedition 8 days ago and it was the easiest experience I've ever had in buying a vehicle. From choosing the car online, entering and uploading my info, getting them the down payment, picking up my truck, having a certified mechanic to check it out, the ultimate test drive of driving it back home...everything was perfect I'll never go back to a regular dealership again!

This is my 3rd replacement the first one was pretty good the second one i cant believe they even sent out makes noises tires are dry rotted an i think tranny is going or something lets hope this third one is better wish i got 7 days with this third one to make sure everything is good

We recently purchased an Expedition EL King Ranch with a score of 93. It was exactly as described and we had Ford check it out. It arrived very dusty on the interior and with only 1/4 a tank of gas. Carvana is sending us a $200 gift card to make up for the detail and gas. It was missing the DVD remote controls and headsets and the console lid had a little wiggle. Carvana is replacing all of this with no cost to us and the SUV came with brand new tires and new brakes. It needs a wheel balance and Carvana is also covering that cost, so nothing out of pocket for us, We even got to go under the car and check it out. WE are thrilled and I got the exact car I wanted, down to the color, seat configuration, and entertainment package. I could not be more thrilled. There is no way private sellers can offer the same guarantee as Carvana. I could not have asked for more, we tell all our friends that this is the way to purchase their next car. All in all, I got a 70k dollar car for half the price!

I decided to buy through carvana.com since I live in the middle of nowhere and driving 4 hours to a dealership just to spend all day there seemed like a nightmare with my two year old twins. And I am so glad I went with Carvana! Buying walk through was a breeze even with a trade in vehicle. Pick up and trade in took under 20 minutes to complete and they even handled registration and plate transfer! So no waiting at a dealership, no waiting for trade in, and no waiting at a DMV! WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE!?

I was in the market for a car and went to a couple of dealerships and had one good experience, but not the right selection, and one mediocre experience and still not the right car. I don't like buying cars - the whole process stresses me out. But I knew what we wanted, the price and features. I had heard about Carvana (and now see the vending machine when I drive around town) and thought I'd check. They had the exact car and price we were looking for. I took a risk and bought it on my phone sitting poolside at a resort with friends. It seemed too good to be true - all online, signed all my documents on my phone, uploaded everything. Had to make 2 phone calls and the customer service was amazing. I couldn't believe the return policy and warranty - the dealerships all wanted to charge dealer fees and sold cars as is - many without even a car wash. I just wish I had pulled the trigger sooner - when I first looked the car could come on Monday, then Tuesday and it was Wednesday by the time I actually committed but come it did and it's awesome! Exactly as advertised with lots of fun Carvana swag that my kids lost their minds over. I have already recommended to several friends!
