Talking on the phone everyone was super nice and helpful. The whole process was easy with no hassles. My suv was delayed being delivered so Carvana was nice enough to put me in a rental until it was ready. When I picked it up it was nice and pretty looked brand new. I had a check engine light come on and the silver rock company was just as great. They had me take it in to check it out and they covered the whole charge. It was just a spark plug miss firing. But it was so simple and easy with no worries on my part.

I was ready to buy a car but did not want the hassle of sales people. I knew what I wanted to spend where I wanted my payment to be and what features were important, I didn't want a sales person trying to get in my head. Carvana was so refreshing, I looked at the inventory online, got approved and scheduled to test drive and pick up my car in minutes. (I did alot of research before hand so I knew what I was looking for). I was able to call them have questioned answered and when I went to pick up my car the customer service was amazing. Add in the 7 day return policy and it was over the top. In my opinion this is the only way to buy a car.

Overall this was the best car buying experience! Timely delivery, good selection and clean car! Only drawback was my radio stations weren't coming in...noticed the antenna wasn't on my car. It's only $10 to replace but still a bit of an inconvenience to wait for it to come in the mail.
